Who Killed the Electric Car(video reflection c)

In 2005, California stages a special funeral which is for electric car EV-1. In drives mind, that Ev-1 is murdered by someone with some reasons.

From 1996, electric car EV1 began appear and drive on road in California, it gives a fast, quite environment to drive. 100 years ago, electric car has been killed 1 time already, that year, electric cars are more than gases cars, and they are smooth and can be charge at home. But because of the speed limitation, automatic start and cheaper oil, more people choose gases car to use. From recent decays, the problem caused by gases car became serious, such as, air pollution, carbon dioxide emission. In addition, carbon dioxide lead global warming and caused several natural crises, such as flood. So why the drivers don’t choose the electric car and Car Company don't develop it? It is because the electric car is expansive for both developing and consuming.

In California the ,government passed zero emission vehicle mandate 1990, which means zero exhaust vehicle must be reach 2% in 1998, and 10% in 2003. That time, GM decided to develop a revolution electric car EV-1. In fact, from the performance of the car to the cost of consuming energy, EV-1 is better than other gases car, but the response is disappointing, and it lead car company stop doing developing.

EV1 is a non-exhaust electric vehicle, it just for lease to the driver, and not for sale. After that, because of the rent is expensive and have to recharge few hours every 80-90 miles, which is extremely inconvenience, thus, mostly people did not accept this car.  At 2000, GM decided not to develop and manufactory EV-1 anymore, but those EV-1 drivers loved EV-1 because it performance well, so they didn't want to give it back to GM. They are confused about where those cars will be and how GM will do to those cars, so they created a EV-1 lover group and even use helicopter to search where is those car. Finally, they find 50 EV-1 had been compressed. It showed that, GM want to destroy all the EV-1. After that, those EV-1 lovers got angry and disappointed to GM, and keep the remained EV-1 in order to prevent GM have further action to those car, and request GM to give a reasonable explanations. After that, GM agreed to sold those remain EV-1 to the Ev-1 lover, but it is a lie, few weeks later, GM destroyed all remained EV-1.

In fact, the killer is the petrol company. Because car is one of the main profit that coming from. If the electric cars have been developed, it will be an impact and crisis to those petrol companies. Thus, the petrol company buy the battery company which is the electric car supplier and increase the cost of the battery in order to lead the car company stop electric car research and development. In addition, another killer is United State government and California Air Quality Board. After George Bush became US president, he prefers use hydrogen power in the car engine and against electric car. Also, the California Air Quality Board cancelled the zero emission vehicle mandate standard. In the Hearing of zero emission, the moderator who is just became a partner of Patrol Car Company. He supported using petrol for car engine, so he didn't give enough time and preparation for electric car company to present and defence. Finally, GM is seems to be the puzzling killer of electric car. It destroyed its own car. Although they paid large amount of money and resource to developed electric car, they still stop all the EV-1 developing project and even recycle and destroyed all the EV-1, and let it disappeared in this world.
