The location is manly beach, this rubbish bin special design for beach. When the rubbish bin on the top of sand,the two tube things going into underground make the rubbish bin more stable when it stand on the beach . This design because of the sea breeze somethime stong the normal rubbish bin always be blow down. when the dustman going to empty the rubbish bin the can pull the handgrip on the top to pull out the tube from underground and use the hand grip to control the direction when the rubbish bin been moved.
